We recently encountered an emergency situation with respect to a major leak into a condo unit. PDS was quick to respond and notified the condo manager immediately asking if they should attend to the mitigation of protecting the interior of the unit from extensive damage. Once they were granted the authorization to proceed, they contacted the unit owner and made arrangements to accomodate their scheduling. They followed up for several days thereafter ensuring that there was no further leakage into the unit and continued to communicate with the condo manager as to the progress they were making. We would not hesitate to recommend PDS as the contractor to go to for on-call emergency service.

I called Paul Davis for what I thought initially was some condensation on the floor of the basement in a rental property. It ended up being an 8 month long nightmare scenario, through which Paul Davis was professional and highly effective. The tenants were obstructive and harassing, but the Paul Davis team navigated that expertly. Eventually I found out the foundation was in need of major repair, and they adapted to the situation. Literally everything possible went wrong (external factors), and all through it the project Manager Jessica and the team were calm and understanding. Paul Davis handled subcontracting for the repair of my property after a Tornado struck. A year later, I received a bill from Hydro Ottawa for some damage that occurred during the repair. Paul Davis was not responsible since they didn't physically do the work, but Darren worked with me to get the issue sorted and made sure that we weren't out of pocket. Doing the work is one thing, but the mark of a good company is how they treat you after the business is done. Paul Davis exceeded my expectations, and they were very responsive by email and I'm very satisfied.
