Initial impressions. We had roof damage due to a windstorm. Contacted insurance and Paul Davis was one of the local recommended companies to deal with repalcement. They very quickly contacted me to sign a work release form. It has been weeks. We have received 0 information on options, timing, other details other than what we should do when their installers are on site etc. I have patiently contacted them 3 times, have left 3 messages with a person at reception over the phone asking for our case manager to call us back, since they were out of the office for various reasons. I have received 0 calls back, no voice mails, or inbound calls on the only number that I provided to them. These were calm messages simply asking for more information, over a roughly 2-3 week period. So far my initial impression is that they do not care at all. I am now taking steps to have insurance intervene, and probably move to another provider that will actually care to contact us.

Everyone i dealt with was professional kind friendly and accomadating,from the adjuster to managers to clean up to the restoring crew etc..
