Great and beautiful place but they don’t accept bank notes anymore even after the bank of Canada said to business to keep on accepting bank notes. Therefore, awful ownership and support toward their community. Will never go back again
Always great service and knowledgeable staff. Really appreciate our Lachute location.
Nice new building, but the inventory in more for a store half the space. Not that much more selection than their old location. The staff are the biggest problem. Most are not very knowledgeable, some don't know where common items are in the store. One guy at the service desk was doing something on his computer, ignoring a line of customers for over 10 minutes. Pickup of building materials was a long wait as well. The warehouse is understaffed. I had to wait 5-10 minutes to get served.
The people at the cash are very professional but those who are on the floor make errors often. With the Covid 19 pandemic there doesn't seem to be someone on the floor to help. Frustrating
