The passport officer I dealt with was very rude and condescending. She made my experience very bad and didn't even apologize. Passport officer who called me to book my appointment said I had enough proof of travel but this particular officer at the passport office didn't think so and she wouldn't admit that I had been misled by a representative of the passport office. She was so condescending. She kept saying you can just make a reservation for a flight you don't even have to pay for it, her way of saying was so rude and she was very mean to me! Didn't even apologize for my trouble. All she said was it's not my fault someone told you this. Anyway very bad experience.
