they charge you 17.99tax for plastic cups and when you buy it no one tells you it is final sell！！btw they charge 2 for the hydrogen for each

Pleasantly surprised by the level of detail. Ordered some balloons online from Amazon (as you should do if you want more choice) and had them inflate with helium. The staff was not very enthusiastic but they compensated with knowledge about helium and how nicely they tied the strings. The delivery was smooth and 30 which is a fair price. Adjust your expectations and you wont be disappointed. This place needs high margins to justify sales for some holidays only; you pay higher for the convenience. If you want good value buy on AliExpress two months ahead.
