This company is not professional, does not have good prices, and the staff are RUDE RUDE RUDE. really doesn't live up to my expectations of a rental store! first of all, the dishes and cups are all outdated and in bleh condition at best. then you have the party supplies. You can honestly find the same stuff for cheaper at the dollar store and walmart. i went in for balloons once and heard the staff being yelled at by an older lady working there, but the staff member was helping me and wasn't doing anything wrong? heard some mumbled swearing and insults about another customer who was in the store with me. what a rude and outdated place. would not recommend! you can find more variety and better prices at party city

Party Magic was unbelievably helpful in helping us organize and plan for a BBQ and wedding in our yard. They gave us fantastic advise which saved us money. Every staff member we dealt with was helpful, experienced, cheerful and showed considerable patience as we continually changed our requirements. Without Party Magic our little BBQ,which grew into a party for 200,would not have been the calm, fun filled day it was!!!!!
