Had this location fill up a gender reveal balloon so that it would be a surprise for our family. We made sure to mention this on drop off. Upon pickup they handed the balloon and a slip of paper with the gender to my wife completely ruining the surprise.

Didn't have a chance to buy anything yet but they had a crazy huge selection. The prices seem very fair for a specialty store. Would definitely recommend to go check it out for future parties and for ideas. Oh also they saw my little girl checking out the balloons and offered her one

Ordered 2 piñatas and small goodie bag - 24hrs went by they organized the bouncy ball bag for the order-Again after 24hrs later they cancelled the 1st pinata 36 hours after that I finally called as now my kids birthdays are tomorrow -I have no clue if they have 1 or none & STUCK (they say they dont have it -go figure wait all those days to fill my order -its gonna sell to someone else ) NOT COOL PARTY CITY

I have been hetr twice. Both times i am still awed by the selection of balloons. Party supplies, candy, toys etc. Not that i should be surpriced but there is so much selection. The staff has always been helpful. Within minutes we selected our balloons. Got a card and some other items and were paid an on our way. So if you need party supplies, thos is your go to spot. Covid rules apply without question.

Very well stocked store with a gigantic variety of party decor & goodies. We travelled to this location from an hour away & were happy to find mostly everything we were looking for. Although most things were reasonably priced- there were some items that seemed super pricey in my opinion compared to other places (ie: 44.99 for a character piñata). Customer service was unfortunately lacking- did 4 laps around a virtually empty store in the morning trying to find someone to help me get an item and had 2 staff look at me & keep walking (it was obvious that I needed help). But for the convenience of having everything I need in one spot, I’ll return.
