I bought a helium tank for balloons. Box said 16-24 hours for latex balloons. We specifically bought specialty helium balloons for our birthday and it was the last thing we did before we went to bed (1 am). We woke up early this morning and all the balloons were on the floor, they didnt even last 7 hours. When we called Party City, they gave us the run around and gave a bunch of excuses. It was clear they were not going to help us or refund us in any way. We will be contacting head office over the poor customer service as well.

Ordered a mylar balloon bouquet, was great! My kid loved it! Great selection of party supplies, but the pyjama set i got was supposed to be a toddler size 4-6.... the pants were more like a 2T... if i buy any more clothing or costumes there, i will definitely open the package before buying it, to make sure the sizes are right... not the staff or the stores fault. The staff were very helpful and friendly! Definitely my go to place for party supplies!!

I was very pleased with my purchase. The staff was helpful, courteous, and patient with me being indecisive about which balloon I wanted. There was so many choices. I will be returning. edit: Photo shows balloons after FOUR weeks! They last quite a long time.
Wow ... Great selection of Party Stuff!!! Kid and Adult parties...
So much fun just to walk through j get sucked into buying a lot...but candies and twenty toys aren't expensive they k ow what all kids live..and have a lot of supplies ie)Spider-Man stuff or hello kitty...sooo many awesome characters
