I just bought a balloon from this store for around 18 and when I arrived home the balloon seemed like not to be properly tied, so it just emptied and fell down on the floor!!! I called them and the lady even didn’t let me explain what happened, and just said to bring the receipt for exchange or refund!! No excuses and nothing!! Didnt even say sorry!!! I can not drive back 20 minutes for your carelessness. Even a child can tie a ballon. Poor customer service.

Great selection, staff available for help. Some stuff a bit pricey (helium filled balloons, specialty invitations, etc) but they have rare and unique items. Opening weekday Hours on google say 9:30am but I’ve never seen them open before 10am. Be aware of the store policy, some things are final sale and some are exchange only.
We bought the milk chocolate gender reveal bottle. The chocolate was a chalky white colour and the marshmallows were as hard as rocks. There was no expiration date on the packaging. The chocolate must have been sitting there for at least one year, probably two. We threw it out after we revealed the gender. Very disappointing. The staff were nice, so no complaints there.
This shop is just a one step away from where I live..loved the variety of things they carry and pleasant and warm welcome even during this tough time. I had one disappointment when I got to know that they don’t carry everything in store whatever they show online..I wanted to get a particular theme bday decoration for my son but the things I saw online, was not available in store.. Overall products and quality is very good and range is also reasonably good!
