I have only dealt with one of the staffs from this Party City over the phone, all I can say is from the experience that I had it shows the friendliness and how helpful they are. Even though I have never physically been in the store, with the help that I got over the phone I am sure the experience in the store will be even more pleasant. Thanks once again Oscar, for your effort and extraordinary customer service skill to help someone random over the phone!

Good prices, friendly staff, basically you can find all sort of things you can think of for a party here, variety is good and everything is organized as much as possible, parking always available and location is great.

what a mess of a store. it's clean but their inventory/merchandise information doesn't match their computers or their website. something that shpuld have taken 15 mins in and out ended up taking me almost an hour! I would not suggest going if you're looking for something in particular that you see on their site. not guaranteed to be anywhere. bug waste of time. the staff was friendly though. So koodos for that I suppose.
This place is the one-top shop for anything festive, party, decorations, or events and balloons! Most recent trip here was for the Vancouver Gay Pride parade accessories!
