Made an online order, went in to pick up there were about 5 staff visible 3 blowing up balloons with no customers around and one at the till doing something, and one that just walked past me. It took over 5 minutes to even get a look let along someone to help me out, now I gave three stars for the layout and cleanliness of the store but customer service could definitely be improved on. You took the job atleast pretend you want to be there. Customer service should always be a priority in retail.

We ordered some balloons for our daughters sweet 16 birthday. The staff here were very kind, quick, helpful. Everything we ordered was ready ahead of time. We’ve ordered from them before and will definitely do so again!! Thanks for making her day a little brighter!!
Stopped in today to look at costumes for my two children. Found everything that we were looking for after not being able to find the costume my son wanted anywhere else. Also staff were very polite and helpful, they helped us find everything we needed. Will definitely be returning for kids birthdays or other events in the future.
Bought a Halloween costume from this store for my daughter on Oct 30th, in the evening but it was not the right size. When I called next morning Oct 31st, to exchange it for another size/costume , manager Amy was not ready to help at all. She was very rude and was repeatedly saying the same thing and was not ready to listen to me. I was shocked by her attitude and bad service. She was not even ready to understand my situation. Finally I had to go to another store to buy a new costume.... what a waste of money at Party packager and poor customer service.
