Avoid at all cost. The worst service possible. They send wrong parts and refuse to take them back because the box is damaged. If you were to send the right parts, you would not have this issue. Mike the manger assumes I am not serious with taking them to court. It will happen. You can count on it Mike. You along with partsource will be on this claims action.

Bought 2 new callipers from here within approximately 18 months both have seized. The mechanic is saying that the pistons seized and everything else works fine, so these were low quality callipers. When I called asking for warranty on the callipers, they told me the warranty is for 3 years, but I need the original receipt. Sadly I dont have the receipt and part source is only able to access information on their system from the last 30 days. Im stuck having to buy new callipers again, when these never should have seized. Since they seized I need new pads and rotors as well and have to pay the 300 labor rate. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANOTHER PART FROM ANY PARTSOURCE. EDIT - now 18 months later I am also having to replace both front struts which I purchased new from partsource.

The staff on Tuesday May 19/20 morning were excellent. It's so helpful to have people that know what they are doing. The feeling of fixing a vehicle the first time with quality parts is gratifying too.
