I went in and said I was looking for new windshield wipers for my car. Two guys were there and they just looked at me and said \OK\. Normally when someone comes in and asks for an item, the common sense thing to do is to help them find it. eventually one of them did. I've gone there before and they used to be so helpful but these guys looked like they could have cared less about anything.
