We are a transmission shop from Ontario and we were having a hard time finding parts in province. Found PAT online, called looking for 48RE parts that are always hard to find, they had exactly what we needed for a great price. The staff was great to deal with also! Parts showed up a few days later and they were in great shape. Definitely recommended! First time dealing with them, and we will for sure continue in the future! Kingston Transmission

Brad is the biggest scam artist out there. I had my torque converter snout(the part that goes into the pump) checked for cracks using dye penetrant by a company. No cracks. Took my converter for a cut and clean and Brad tells me the snout is cracked, when I have an inspection/invoice stating other wise. He says they don't know what they are doing... 150 scam by PARTS 4 AUTOMATICS

These guys really go above and beyond for their customers. If they don't have it, theyll get it. Always reasonably priced too, furthermore to the guy who broke his \snout\ on his torque converter twice, you've probably got some bigger problems then converter stall speed bud noone on earth would warranty a broken \snout\ on a converter. Especially if it's been broken twice. Anyways keep up the good work guys
