Horrible customer service. Needed to reverse a payment as was paid directly to the government and was ignored, when called back a number of times to get an answer, spoke with the manager who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Still haven't Recieved an answer back so going through my bank to receive money back.

I have received multiple calls from this company for another person and have returned the calls to advise them, the last time I called the man was EXTREMELY rude, I understand that the company has to deal with harsh and sensitive subjects sometimes but it is your job and ALL I said was \Hello I received a call from you..\ only to get interrupted by a very defensive and aggressive response, when i tried to explain he kept talking over me, it got to the point i just hung up. I have never been spoken to so inappropriately. HORRIBLE
