Hello Ardeth, We can't thank you, Crystal and the rest your staff enough again for the beautiful service for our beloved Shadow. It was very professional, and personalized, it provided me the closure that I needed to ensure that Shadow was transitioned and cremated in a respectful, and dignified manner. And being able to view Shadow, along with viewing the private cremation ceremony, left no doubt, and put my mind at ease, lifting a huge heaviness from my heart. We were treated in a respectful and dignified manor, as our beloved Shadow was also. I highly recommend to anyone to use the services of \Part Of The Family Pet Memorial Center \ Ross

I am so grateful for Part of the Family. My beloved Raffi passed on March 20,2021. I feel so much comfort knowing my Raffi, was handled with respect and care during the process of being cremated. It is with great appreciation . I thank you all for preserving the memory of my sweet sweet Raffi in such a dignified and respectful manner. My heart is broken :( Thank you.. Blessings

Awful, got my pup’s ashes but it was a terrible experience. They made a sad situation much worse. Don’t expect to receive any decent communication about what’s going on. Their website says 3-5 days to receive ashes, it took a week, and they didn’t even call to update us on the status at any point. We just wanted our girl home again. I should’ve known things were not going to go well when they said they’d pick up my dog from the vet “ later” because they were having a staff meeting( apparently the meeting wasn’t about offering a good customer service experience). Then, later that day we had to call to confirm they had even picked up our pup because we were absolutely left hanging, a courtesy call would have been appropriate, i didn’t pay for a transfer to then wonder where my dog’s body was. Completely unsympathetic and unapologetic when we did call. I even ordered an urn and nameplate and confirmed it was to go with our pup’s ashes and that I would be coming to pick it all up together. I had to call to confirm someone would be in the office during their office hours ( really?) so i can pick everything up and am told, two days after my order, that they don’t have that urn in stock and their engraver is broken, so I’d have to wait 10 days to get some closure if i wanted to bring her ashes home in an urn. I told them to forget it, asked for a refund on the urn and nameplate(that they said they couldn’t process right now), took her ashes in the cardboard box they had them in, and ordered an urn on Amazon, same style,better price. Customer service was not their forte this time, so maybe choose another place that is better at communication. ***edit, heard from the owner who apologized and that was very much appreciated.

Extremely respectful, will pick up your pet from your home or vet. I have used them and so has my sister and they have been wonderful both times. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs this service. The drive from the main road to them is also so beautiful.
