Great location, reasonable pricing, awesome staff ! I've had multiple massage sessions (including reflexology) and it's been a great experience every time. Professional, friendly, and the ability to view scheduling / book online is a bonus. Would absolutely recommend and I will absolutely return.

I've been to a lot of spas in a lot of places and was looking forward to trying this one. Their prices are competitive with other spas in the area so I thought the atmosphere and service would be comparable. WRONG! Their reception lacked a welcome feeling, the massage therapist provided mediocre treatment, the room was comfortable but the music was loud (likely to drown out the noise that could be heard from the entrance and pedicure area), the overhead lights were bright, and the therapist insisted on trying to carry on a conversation. These are all things that could be taken into account if their prices reflected it. When paying a competitive rate, I expect competitive service and surroundings which was not offered. Third class place for first class money.
Shout to Natural Synergy Day Spa in Parksville as I had the MOST amazing treatment there and it's an all vegan spa. It was deep massage, which is exactly what I wanted and needed, and she delivered (and didn't shave minutes off the end which I find many treatments do... she did the FULL hour and it was fantastic!) I love supporting local. The caliber of the treatment I had was top notch. What a great xmas gift or act of self care, supporting this business! Check them out if you can! I wish I could do it more often!!!
