On arrival to Ottawa Park and Fly earlier in March 2020, I found my car battery dead and my car frozen to the ground Park and fly staff were amazing, they helped boost my battery so that I had a warm place to wait until the tow truck came to tow me out. The driver I think called Bernard checked on me each time he made a pickup to ensure that I was safe. I always park here when travelling by air, my car is always safe and rates are reasonable. Thank you for your help.

I found Park'N Fly Ottawa great. I parked there two day, easy to locate when I returned. I recommend going on the web site to get any special, nice savings. I plan to return.

My partner and I just came back from traveling and arrived at 2AM in the morning Jan 15 the 2020. Had to deal with the worst customer service reception, I have ever seen! Had to show this man a coupon on my phone. Literally took a hold of it until we finished paying .... My partner had asked for it again and he said, \you'll get everything back at the end\. He didn't scan it, looked at it 2 seconds and refused to give it back til the end? Talk to your staff about handling belongings...
