Got a coupon from our travel agency, pre-booked the parking & were told to make sure to pay at the kiosk at the airport otherwise we would not be able to leave the parking. They were very adamant that we pay at the airport. The coupon was not applied and there were five others who had the same problem. It's only 20 but very disappointing, if we had of know we would've just taken a cab to the airport.

Very organized. Some drivers are amazing but you might get the odd driver who isn’t so friendly. I’m really happy with the service and I’ve been using them for years.
This actually was a good parking option. Returning to the car was also quick and easy. Rates were strange, where my government employee discounted rate was higher than the advertised rate!!

The staff give excellent directions. They advised that you get a discount if you show your westjet boarding pass; bring it back to the lot and pay for your stay there. The drivers are great too.
