Such rude and inconsiderate people who yell at you on the phone when you're having technical difficulties with the payment machines/app that are out of your control. Makes me want to transfer to MRU or SAIT due to the blatant lack of respect this institution shows at every conceivable level of student engagement.

Useless. There was a slight typo in my license plate number (my fault, but at the same time their machines barely work) and they have an old system and cannot modify the plate numbers. I had to double pay for parking because their parking services people can't do anything, their system can't do anything, and I made such a simple mistake. It is 2019 - they should be able to modify the license plate numbers. 0 stars.

Although the ticket was a mistake on their behalf, the lady was very rude. I came prepared and showed my receipt and the ticket time and she was still exceptionally rude.

Took half an hour to get through - how busy can the parking office be? - but at least the lady I spoke with was friendly and helpful.

I tried to call for obtaining info regarding parking fees after 5PM and I stayed over the phone for 40 minutes waiting for someone to answer. The lady answering the phone was the rudest ever. Very bad service.
