Great place, great people, loads of fun for all young and old. There's something for everyone and time passes by quickly and kids have a great time. I recommend Park Royal family fun center for all events family/B-day parties, corporate events. Just plain fun. Will return. Ted M.

We tried this establishment for my 3 year olds birthday party. First problem was it was freezing inside, which I was told was from a broke down heating system. I can accept that, but they never bothered to call me to let me know that it would be so cold inside. Then they have this blow up rock climbing thing that they couldn't get inflated and didn't even care that it was not working. Then we have to deal with a very rude young lady who works there. Any questions I had for her I got a short rude answer and she would just walk away from me. She has no people skills or an understanding of "Customer Service". The place itself looks very run down and you can tell they don't get much business. Which I understand why after visiting them. It may be a bit cheaper then other play places for kids, but trust me it's not worth the discount. You don't even get some of the things that they advertise in there party packages. I would never return here for another party and neither would anyone who came with us. They need some major improvements and I'm not sure they care enough to do that. The only positive was the young guy Robert, who was helping with our party. It was the only one who seemed to care. He kept saying sorry to me but I know it wasn't his fault. There are much better places to have a birthday party for your kids. Don't make the same mistake I made.
