We had a great experience buying our 2021 Mazda CX9 from Park Mazda. In particular, Kristina the sales representative was excellent, very knowledgeable, efficient and down to earth (quite different than our experiences at other dealerships). She went the extra mile to make sure we had the right information & right vehicle for us. Highly recommend Kristina & Park Mazda if you are looking for a Mazda or pre-owned vehicle. We love our CX9, it's great value for money and a great drive.

I recently decided to purchase a new vehicle. As many of you know this is a very stressful process as it is a big financial decision. (Especially as a single mom and a nurse working through a pandemic). I decided to just randomly email Kristina at Park Mazda. That was such a great decision!! She was so timely in answering my emails and texts and has been very patient as I tossed and turned between vehicles and what I actually wanted to purchase. She was always available and I never felt any pressure from her. I knew she would be there when i made my decision. Even after i made my decision, i changed my mind a few more times. Lol. If you are looking for a vehicle...give Kristina at Park Mazda a shout. Low pressure, excellent service and friendly!! Its a win win!!

From the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out, I felt like a valued customer and the service staff were glad to help me out! Kristina Ray helped me pick out the exact vehicle she knew I would be happy with, and it saved me a lot of time - as I was coming into the city from Hinton! She got everything ready in advance so that the day I arrived it would be ready to go and I could drive home with it that day. She helped me feel comfortable and happy with my first ever new car purchase! Terry and Edwin in financing were very helpful too. Terry went above and beyond in getting my financing sorted out as there was a miscommunication with the bank originally. He helped get it resolved so I could be approved. Edwin was very informative and super personable and treated me and my partner like valued customers the whole way through. From first expressing interest in purchasing a car, to arriving and test driving the car, to financing the purchase and finally leaving the lot with the car, the whole Park Mazda team provided an exceptional experience for me and I would definitely come back to this dealer for any future services or purchases!
