It was snowy day on my return though driver came back on time with car in good condition, even helped me in luggage pick up.Highly recommend using them. Thank you park for u.

Just don't. I used this service in Oct and they scratched my truck and didnt wash it, which I paid extra to do. After 2 weeks of no communication or answers I left a review. That got their attention and they offered to fix the truck. I went on a cruise last week so left the truck with them to be fixed which they guaranteed would be done. No surprise, when they picked us up at the airport there was my dirty truck, scratch and all...maybe more damage but it's been raining so I cant tell yet. The driver took a pic to report it to his manager....3 days later I have not heard from them. I will go back to taking a taxi to the airport from now on. Great price and the pick up and drop off are fast but if you have a newer vehicle or care about your paint job DONT DO IT!!!
Had a great experience! On the departure date, we had to wait for about 10-15 minutes for the representative to come. On the arrival, we notified them right after the passport control and again after we received the baggage - all in all, probably waited for 10 - 15 minutes for the representative to bring a car. The car was parked for 2 weeks and appeared in the same state as at the drop of. The representatives were wearing masks and were polite.
I had a excellent experience with Park for U. Excellent customer service and very reasonable rates. We have been using their service a few times now and love it. I highly recommend using them. Thank you Park for U for such great service.
Very disturb from parking here, I had stored my corvette here late November to February 26th and the condition of my vehicle was horrible it was stored indoors! vehicle was full of dust/dirt! They say it’s an indoor storage with a horrible temperature, can’t trust parking at this place ever again! Customer experience is the worst part they were using customer vehicles to boost my corvette not one car but tried a few cars which showed how much care they actually have for others vehicles! I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone! Especially with exotic/luxury cars there very unorganized. Not even refundable if you decide to leave earlier for whatever reason you need your vehicle (even if your paying for month of)
