I should have wrote this a year ago when I purchased the floor. I am lucky I remember my own name, so I am so sorry, but I don't remember the awesome lady who helped me. Trust me, that woman was a saint because it took me quite awhile to pick out the flooring for my bathroom reno. But she was so patient and offered the best advice. And I LOVE my flooring. I am hoping to do my kitchen floor next, and I will be going back. And possibly asking them to install as well. You couldn't ask for better service.
Never been a customer before, however my husband and I drive by everyday and love the jokes on the sign! Nice to start the day with a laugh :)!
We just had our entire house done in laminate flooring installed by Jim's floor store..by Sonny to be exact. the quality of the product and the workmanship have far exceeded our expectations. Sonny was meticulous in his work..such a professional. we are overjoyed with the finished product. Sonny worked diligently and very long hours to get the job done..for the most part alone due to illnesses and staff shortages. he was incredible. thank you so much to Sonny, Jimmy, Mike, Mark and Chad. we highly recommend using Jim's floor store for all your flooring needs..you will not be disappointed!!
Great selection here but what really stands out is the customer service. You just don't get great service like this at big box stores. Happy to shop local and support Jim's Floor Store. Keep up the great work everyone!
