I have been going to Paris for years, I usually am happy but I got my engagement ring from here my fiance gave it to me a little while after he purchased then I sent it off for sizing, I ended up wearing it maybe a month and a diamond fell out due to a hand dryer, I sent it away to get fixed and to get the sizing adjusted they said this isn't a problem and they could do these both at the same time, after two weeks by the time it should have been back we got a call saying we are being charged for all of the services sizing repair amd diamond, mind you this is a brand new ring I have only worn maybe a month that has full lifetime warranty my fiance talked with them and was able to get them to pay for everything but the diamond but under the circumstances and the diamond warranty on top of this I was not happy and went in and had them call head office they did decide to pay for it after this, I am still not very happy with the run around of the service and now at the 2 week mark when everything should have been done together is just now being fixed and I will probably have to wait another week or two , this ring has been away now longer then I have worn it. I have also been told if a diamond falls out I will have to pay for it next time I am un happy with the quality and the fact they do not stand behind their work and am unsure I will make large purchases here again due to this I have also baught my finances wedding band in this time quite the fancy pricey peice with warranty aswell so in a very short time we have spent a large amount of money here and are worried now about the quality and our warranty''s on these big purchases. I lobe the look of the items we received and love the fact we can pick something out but I have concerns about making a large purchase here again.
