I bought a necklace with a ring on the 4th of Nov, 2019. The necklace has broken 4 times within 1 year and I paid for repair twice. It takes about 4-5 weeks for each repair and the last break happened the next day I received the last fix. Today the head office called me to say I have to pay to refix it or get a new one which I have to pay for. How is any of the options fair to me as a customer?

So I had the worst experience at Paris ever. My ENGAGEMENT RING CRISIS. First off 3 diamonds fell out in just over three months, the last time I only had my ring for 9 days before another diamond fell out. I am a student and the only thing I do is read books or am typing on my computer (no boxing or carpentry lol). I went to just about every other jewelrer in Grande prairie and I showed them a picture of my ring and they all informed me that, that ring should of never been sized from a size 7 to a size 4 1/2 because it has alot of diamonds and I don't understand why Paris never said anything but anyways I finally had enough and wanted a refund. The head office of Paris phoned me (Kendra) and she was amazing, so she offered to get a new ring ordered or I can go back and find a different ring, so I do, I found another and it was way over how much my fiance originally spent on my original engagement ring but because of everything I have been threw they were AMAGING and price matched. So I want to say h uge thank you to Alexandra, Samantha, Jaylen n and Kendra. You guys are so Amazing and this has been the worst expiernce ever but you guys really made me feel way better. THANK YOU

In store service was great as usual. Wait time was not acceptable. I realize COVID has slowed things down but it took 4.5 weeks to have a repair done on a brand new ring. I was told 3 weeks . When dealing with the staff they are always very friendly!! And helpful!!
