My dog, who had been in perfect health when left in their care, was skin and bones and bleeding profusely when we picked her up. Her dire condition went completely unnoticed by staff. The bed we had left for her use was inexplicably covered in another dog’s fur, and the kennel owner almost didn’t return it to us. We were refused access to the kennel area to see how she had been kept, though the limited view we had indicated the dogs are nearly entirely secluded to a loud, dark, dirty room with chain link barriers. Our inquiries about her condition while we were away were also vehemently refused. She was in such poor shape we needed to get her out of there immediately so that she could be treated. I am convinced if we had been gone a few days longer she would not have survived. Please do not send your pets to this kennel. Find another option. Anything else.

If organized, safety, professionalism, cleanliness, and honesty are things you are looking for in a place to keep your pets, I would suggest looking else where. We recently had our dog boarded here with the idea that she would be safe. Unfortunately, we picked her up looking like she just survived being outside while we were gone for 7 days. She was given to us with a large gash on her nose that was still bleeding and looked like it was scabbed over which means it did not just happen. Also she entered the kennel at 32lbs and when she left she was a mere 27 lbs. Seeing her bleeding from the nose, filthy, and practically skin and bones is something we never excepted. I called to make sure she was okay while we were away and the owner of the kennel said she was just fine. If these are his standards for keeping his business open, I highly suggest closing it down. Please, if you even remotely love your pet in any way, do not pay any amount of money for them to stay here.
I have known the owner an d his business for many years...absolutely a great place with many many years of expert knowledge.of animals..I would recommend this place to anyone..
