Not just comics... I love the kids book selection. Is especially great for those who love graphic novels which is unfortunately not me. I am enjoying many new books with my 7 year old son. Tree house series, Dragon Master and Mac B Kid Spy. They also have the very popular Dog Man. I am still buying even though we are growing out of Piggie and Elephant, I love those guys. What a great local store!

If your looking to up your comic book collection and are in the city of Toronto than Paradise Comics is the place to do it
Came here for our first time last weekend. Pretty nice atmosphere at first. The two young ladies at the front told us about the sales going on etc... A man asked us if we needed help, had a super friendly demeanor. Then out of no where some woman in the back started yelling and swearing at the man over the dog (who was in store and adorable) and cleaning up the \messes\ it had made - definitely not how she worded it- we stood there in shock listening to this and the poor man looked humiliated. He told her to stop swearing to which she just continued to shout about it. Such a sad experience seeing someone being verbally assaulted like that by what I'm assuming to be either his wife, or manager. Very awkward. Other than that, as other people have mentioned, their back issues are pretty overpriced compared to most other places, but they have a nice selection of toys. Won't be going back myself, but worth checking out.
I came in to buy a vintage comic and I got a re release. And even worse the guy told me it wad original
