They love to acquire your subscription but they don't love to rectify the situation when they send you the incorrect order. So far, my communications have garnered complete silence on Parachute's end!!! So frustrating!

I have had the subscription for 5-6 months now - and I have been satisfied with the delivery and the coffee each time! The background info of the roast is nice to read (and I appreciate it), but more importantly the coffee is great. Always fresh. Great taste. Makes a good cup! The emails telling me it is being roasted, and then being shipped is a nice reminder, and ensures I always have a steady supply. I have recommended Parachute to a few friends and family: it is hard to find a coffee you like, and Parachute checks all my boxes.
