Used a free pizza coupon from a charity book I purchased and was advised that that the staff will specifically add less toppings because I was using a coupon. Coupons are in place to entice customers and hopefully earn repeat business. Management looks at these coupons as a liability rather than an opportunity to gain new customers. Won't return.

Absolutely love this location. Pizza is always over flowing with toppings and it's fast and friendly. Clean atmosphere. Only thing is that you have to take it home and bake it. I am willing to do that for the sake of getting pizza with actual toppings on it.
It was my first time purchasing a pizza from Papa Murphy's today and it was a great experience. I was unsure of how it worked but a this woman (I'm assuming she's the owner) walked me through it. She got her employee to show me what the different crusts looked like. I was wondering how many people the large pizza would serve and she jumped right in and gave me some great suggestions. Once she had completed my order, she walked over and handed it to me. She then asked if I had a proper pizza cutter and proceeded to hand me one for free. As an online marketer, I know how valuable it is to provide great service in hopes of getting a good review - this location deserves a glowing review!
First time and probably last time. I go in Saturday Oct 28th about 7:30 pm. Guy at the counter turns me away saying they have no crust. Wait.... what? How in the hell do you not have pizza crust in your pizza parlor at 7:30 on a Saturday? Isn't that prime dinner time? Who ever is in charge should be fired. How in the he'll does that happen. I Probably won't ever return. At least not back to the riverbed location.
Really fast service. I had never been here before and I was on my way with 2 pizzas and a giant cookie in 5 minutes. Everything was delicious. :)
Not a good experience at this location. I offered to support the Edmonton firefighters and received a free large two topping pizza. I attended this location and witnessed the older gentleman have a discussion and disagreement with his staff on providing a large, half-and-half, two topping pizza. I called other locations who are willing to provide this and even informed the gentleman and he still wanted to charge 13 to make it a half-and-half pizza. This happened on Dec 9 @ 5:20pm. Not cool and now I have to drive all the way to the North end to acquire a pizza. Never going to Papa Murphys again because of this guy and his unprofessionalism on this matter :(
****STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU WANT RESPECTFUL FRIENDLY SERVICE !!!!! **** An Asian man that works there completely insulted my sister when she came in and her money was taking awhile to transfer into her account to pay. He asked her if she "had financial issues or if she needed money from mommy" and asking her age. This is degrading and hurtful comments from this creep!!! I will also be taking this matter to head office.
Maybe it's just me but I fail to see the value given that you have to bake the thing yourself. For a similar price you can get a fully cooked pizza of similar quality elsewhere. I suppose if you want to save something to have freshly-cooked later on this might be an option.
