They made a King size upholstered black velvet bed and it turned out so beautiful for my 13 year old. Amazing craftsmanship, very sturdy and the headboard was over 70 inches high!! I checked out other places and the quality was not the same. They know how to make great furniture to last. My daughter now has a nicer bed than ours. Amazing work and it took 3 weeks to get this all done. Thank you

Horrible experience with the manager. He asked me to draw the plans without any contract. I trusted him and he promised to give me the payment. But he did not. I asked him to send me the payment. He just sent me an email that he had sent an e-transfer. I informed him that I did not received any email or any e-transfer. He did not reply me anymore. I am talking about "Corey Marozzo" I have all his emails.

I ordered an upholstered bed from Palette a couple of years ago. Last Friday I called the company because my footboard needed to be adjusted. Corey answered the phone himself. Great so I wasn't dealing with secretaries, mixed messages, being passed on to someone else, etc. He addressed my situation quickly and professionally. He said he would send someone within days, and he did. He also said he would have it back in days. My footboard and rails actually came back the very next day. My bed is sooo beautiful.
