Needed last minute patrols done at my place of employment. Paladin was more than willing to work with us in regards to hours and the amount of patrols per night. Very flexible and responsive to inquiries. I will make sure my company uses them in the future for any security needs.

As an employee of Paladin, I feel compelled to express that the company is very disorganized, provides unreliable information, and does not value loyal employees. During orientation trainers boasted about the fabulous work environment that Paladin offers and \extensive training\ although some guards at high-profile sites are working without even having a first-aid certificate, waiting months on training that is only paid if completed through Paladin. The week long orientation for healthcare is also unpaid, although that was not known when I started and I still have not been placed for the location I was hired. Guards are frequently removed from sites and contracts without question to appease clients instead of considering the interests for each individual guard. With this said, Paladin is very money hungry company and has denied multiple reimbursement claims I've known of even if there appears to be a miscalculation resulting in a few dollars difference or less. Overall, this company has proved to be more unreliable than others I have worked for and will be considered as a stepping stone.
