Ranger dan was all over us the entire time. 8, 31 year olds. 11:01 the 8 of us we we got reamed out for chatting around the fire. Hope you don’t want to go there to have fun past 10:59 because you’ll be shut down big time. 10/10 don’t recommend unless you’re into meditating in dead silence

Kids were a little upset there was no pool but then we found the wading pool. Great spot for family camping, very kid friendly, lots of bathrooms, seems to be well kept. Tent sites are a good size and seasonal sites are huge. The Lookout Trail is a must for any new campers, beautiful view at the top and well worth all those stairs! My only complaint would be the map isn't exactly correct as it took us about a half hour to find our site when we first arrived. Once we got settled and walked around we were able to find our way perfectly fine. A long weekend just isn't long enough!

Great experience camping here. The highlight was the stargazing by the river. The sky was clear and amazing view of stars. The sites were constantly patrolled especially at night to ensure there was no noise after 11am. The staff at the gate were very welcoming and polite

It's a pretty place. I didn't get much opportunity to explore but the sound of the river right next to the campground is really nice. Watch out for no cell signal down at the lower campgrounds.
