I dropped off my son's jacket over three weeks ago to have the zipper replaced. Still not done. Reasons listed by company: someone had the flu; the zipper order is late; the sewing machine is broken. What kind of business is this? I was told it would be a few days. My son is without a proper coat for almost a month and still no word. If you cant do the job, don't accept the business. *note: 2 hours after posting this rating, we received the call that the coat is ready for pick up.
Good quality materials and fantastic workmanship at prices on par or better then store bought items. You get all of that and you get it custom tailored to you from a local shop and you can touch and understand the piece before it comes together. Unbelievable. The Paintball Tailor is a hidden gem of Moncton. Im always looking for reasons to bring items to he repaired or re-imagined and made anew as the purchase experience is that enjoyable.
