In December 2020 I was fortunate to have Paddon Piano Services correct all the problems with the regulation, tuning and 'Quiet Time GT-2' silent system for my acoustical upright Kawai piano. Jamie's excellent customer service and Remmy's exceptional technical abilities were much appreciated. My piano now plays and sounds far better than it ever did. I have no desire for a grand piano upgrade ever, as my upright is now a truly wonderful instrument to play. Russell Sergiades
