My experience with PMABB was awful. Not only was I misled, PMABB did not bring any prospects to the table and I ended up paying a tremendous amount in commissions to sell the business myself. Originally I was told via email that if I sold the business on my own, no commissions would apply. After paying substantially for the appraisal, I was informed that if I sold it on my own I would have to pay 60% of commissions. At this point I was now invested for a substantial amount and was in a tough place. Either I throw money away and don't move forward, or I move forward against my better judgement.. I chose the latter. I personally, will never deal with this company again. Further note - 15,000 Tax fee's were paid in full on March 26th. You speak of deception, I have added the screen shot where I was informed that I would have no fees if the franchisor referred a buyer which is exactly what happened.
