Rates go up every year. When you ask them to shop around, they say your renewal is already the cheapest. Got a couple quotes from other brokerages and was able to save 250/month. Doesn't seem like they have too many insurance companies available to them.

Take their policy and think everything OK, then claim deny because broker didnt ask me about jewlry, but they don't admit fault. Not professional at all!
