We knew what car we wanted to look at and possibly buy. Jackie Liu greeted us as soon as we walked in the dealership, he was friendly, forthcoming and had some knowledge of the used car we were looking at, it wasn’t a Honda, but he was both accommodating and helpful. I had a good idea of the value of our trade in having looked at several other dealers, Jackie and the sales manager were great at not wasting our time or theirs in coming to a deal. I thought it was a fair price and hopefully they did too. Mike, the gentleman in the finance department was very pleasant to work with too, all in all it was a very nice car buying experience. The other thing to mention is the condition of the car, when we drove it for the test drive it was clean but had definitely been sitting out in the elements. Jackie said it would be cleaned for our pickup and it certainly was. I detail cars in my shop at home and this was one of the cleanest cars I’ve seen off of a car lot in quite some time. Very experienced staff, everyone at Pacific Honda was a pleasure to deal with. Doug (Fleet Manager) helped me find the perfect car while Danika and Mike made the financial process quick and easy. James (Product Advisor) was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional.

He explained the Smart Purchase Program so when it came time to sign all the papers I was confident that my car was in good order. Mike also made the financial process quick and easy. Very experienced staff. Nice atmosphere. Seriously thinking to purchase a new Accord there. Addition from November. I bought my Honda Accord here a month ago and I am absolutely happy with that! Richie, a salesman, is a great and helpful person and it was really nice and easy to communicate with him. All other people whom I met there were also nice and professional. Keeping my initial 5 stars for Pacific Honda!
