I’ve been to the store many times and they do have a amazing inventory. The guys treat you pretty well behind the counter. They work hard and are very knowledgeable. They may not be bursting at the seams with joy as they go about their day but they’re pretty good guys. If you are a thin skin type who needs to be fawned over by over-the-counter staff while you order 3 worth of specialty fastener items you’ll likely be disappointed.

I went to pacific fasteners because of great reviews and knew they would have what I was looking for after not finding a specific bolt at Canadian tire, rona, etc... As expected they had exactly what I needed and good quality. Unfortunately the employee that helped me made sure I was aware that my business was not worth his time by being rude both with communication and body language. I hope this was an isolated incident, but I will not be back or refer because of how I was treated.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Unlike some fastener franchises, they can sell you out-of-box fasteners without minimum quantities at descent prices. I found stainless, metric and fine thread!
