Great property managers! The building managers are very on top of things here which is very important as the building is so old. Honestly the best place I have ever rented in Vancouver. The building has a great vintage look but all the internal systems (elevator, laundry, hot water heating) is modern and new. The location is amazing. The back alley is well lit and pleasantly lit. You can walk through the park and feel safe. The building managers are very organized, responsive and on it. You can tell they take pride in their position and work hard to be on top of things.

I love living in this nice and quiet building and I love the management. I've never run into problems or problematic people. Everyone is friendly as most people who live here have lived here for years (so many people I speak to in the elevators say they've been here for 5 years), which speaks for the building itself. Also considering Covid and how tough it's been for everyone, the management here is truly so understanding of everyone's circumstances. I feel safe, cared for and respected. Nothing but great chat with the two wonderful women who run this place. They are hilarious, hard working and patient. (PS this building is a super safe space for women, so if that's important to you as it is for me, then I think you'll do great here) It truly feels like home as it's always kept clean, always taken care of and never disturbed. Everytime I have friends over they always comment on how special and full of character this building truly is. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. (A building for those with true charm and appreciation for historic character)
While I’ve had a few issues with my unit since moving in, the manager Hana and assistant manager Louisa have been nothing short of absolutely amazing. They genuinely cares about the people living in the building, are super responsive, and do what it takes to fix any problems. Couldn’t have asked for a better building manager! While it does seem a bit too expensive for an older building, the location is amazing and the people in the building are lovely and welcoming. They make the place a home for sure. It’s a great place to be!
