Great service. Fast and courteous. I forgot a grocery bag in the car and they called me a few minutes after to let me know the driver found it and was on his way to bring it back to me. Highly recommend!

Called for a taxi for the 1st time in years, only because #Uber wasn't available in the area I was in. Waited 45 minutes before calling back (6 times) for an update and no answer. I was able to get through once and they hung up instead of taking my call. You can't be upset when go for companies like #uber after getting this type of services. If I was able to give less then 1 star I would. Extremely poor customer service.
Been using oxford for years(no choice because prestige is worst and there is no Uber available which is disrespectful) but honestly the chateauguay taxi service has hit an all time low, waited over an hour and when I called asking politely for any updates, I was told I was on a waiting list with no estimation on arrival when I had called over 20 minutes prior

The woman who answered the phone is incredibly rude, agressive and greatly lacks professionalism. And that, would be putting it mildly. Does she honestly think she can attract clients this way? I don't know if she's the business owener, but she could surely benefit from sharpenning her customer service skills. Quite frankly, she has none whatsoever. Rest assured, I will be telling everyone that I know, that this is the worst taxi company I've come accross, and to not even consider it. Oh, and if I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. I bet she's the one that responds to reviews. I'd like to see her muster up the courage to reply to mine.
