Bought a screen for my iPhone off of a man here and he said if there was any issues to let him know and he’d be happy to look into it. Gave me the speech about being in the field for about 15 years and being “retired”. I texted the number he used for his business and let him know I was having issues. He responded and said to come by during business hours so he could have a look. I went to the business during operating hours and the sign for Oxford Electronic had been taken down and there was no further response from the business cell number. There was however a sticky note on the door stating that any property to be collected was to be arranged by contacting a number on the note. I’m now out money for the in-usable screen and still have a phone not working. I’m hoping this guy doesn’t open up business elsewhere to rip anyone else off. Edit: And now I know why. Rick was arrested.

The location and house is beautiful, the lady is very kind and generous; can't say the same about the dude. Unfortunately the business has closed down, and as far as I know the owner (man) doesn't have the ability to use computers anymore ; ironically enough... If u are thinking of heading there, please don't. They r closed.

He explained the different options I had available, including fully explaining the risk with needing to open up my particular model of phone, and helped me find a cheaper solution that works fantastic. Kept his business card; will be sure to use him again if any other technological issues arise!

Wow, he is great! My wife dropped her new iPhone in the toilet & had water damage. Not only did he repair the phone, but it was ready faster than their ETA. Very reasonable rates & great customer service. For less than 100 it saved me 1,000 price of a new phone. I highly recommend.

As a student living off of loans with exams approaching, I was devastated when I had my first broken screen last weekend. After going to Apple and getting a quote of 300 tax for a replacement, I knew it wasn't an affordable option for me. I heard of Rick through a friend, dropped off my phone, and was quoted only 65. He said it might take an hour and even knocked off 5 because I am a student. I will definitely refer my friends here! They are efficient, kind, and offer good value. Great job!
