Great experience renting with Thrifty in Owen Sound. The only minor issue is that it was not easy to find since there is no large / clear signage for Thrifty, but it’s inside the Mitsubishi Car Dealership.

More than helpful in trying to make getting a rental car a good experience, after my car accident. Mark and Rachel were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone.
Exceptional customer service; I had to call on two separate occasions to extend my rental as my car repairs were delayed. Mark and Ashley were so accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this location.
Great price but limited choice of vehicles. Also there isn't a drop off after hours for the keys.
