From what I hear from multiple tenants Parkway Apartments useto be so much better before they allowed the young adults to move in. Now all you smell is weed yes its legal but have some respect for others. Cannabis should not be allowed to be consumed in the building.

Visitor parking/accessible parking need to be better positioned based on where the front door is. Hard to get their in rough weather.
