Made an appointment quickly, staff were very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Vet took a considerable amount of time to make sure we understood plan of care and were comfortable. Reasonably priced. Easy location with lots of parking.

Amazing staff! I unfortunatley recently had to take my old German Shepard girl in for her last vet visit. The staff was very compassionate, they showed my old girl love in her last few minutes. They even were petting her, complementing how pretty she was, and provided emotional support for me as well. It's hard letting go of a pet but I couldn't imagine her last visit going any better. I can't thank everyone that works here enough. They are top notch professionals, the best vet clinic in Owen Sound if not in Ontario! Thank you from myself and Gracie \u003c3
The staff here are great..always friendly and professional. My puppy just got spayed and Katrina was her vet tech for the day and she was amazing... very kind, friendly and caring. They always provide you with an estimate too so you are not shocked when you get the bill.
They have such a wonderful staff, they take excellent care of my 2 dogs. I really like how they follow up after their visits.
