Took my Pick up in for tailgate repair, could not get the tailgate open, and when I did it would close, they looked at it said I needed a 335 part. Decided on looking for a new tailgate as mine was dented up, and for 500 bucks, get a new one. So, left the dealership to finish my shopping, get to the first stop and the tailgate falls, well, now I can't get it to close at all. And of course it was snowing that day. My husband had his mechanic look at it. He took it apart cleaned and lubed it and now it works fine. So no impressed with the service I received.
