FedEx ship center in OWEN SOUND??!!!Fantastic!! The gal that was there was really nice BUT NOT FAUX FUR NICE. If you know what I mean...yup I left with a smile and still laughing from our chat. It makes a world of difference, especially AT TIMES LIKE THESE.., you know what? It's any day any time a positive transaction is wayyyyyy better&@?)

Terrible place to deal with. Sat around all day the first day waiting for delivery till 8pm. Watched a driver go passed about 7pm , hit the brakes and then kept on going. Now the second day was told driver doesn't start till 10am (really) , now 10:30 and nobody at customer service can tell me if or when I will get delivery. I'm told they will leave it out side for someone to steal it or wait around for another day. Not customer friendly at all.

Have a business acount, paid for next day delivery, driver doesn't even pick up daily and never told of this???? Lost over 150 dollars in perishable items. NO recourse.
