My partner and I are from BC and we spent 5 days exploring the Yukon in one of Overland's converted vans. The van made for a comfortable camping experience in slightly cooler fall temperatures. It was thoughtfully constructed and included everything you need for camping (utensils, cooler, sink, games, etc) and bonus items such as an InReach which we used during our hikes. Overland also provides a number of other add-on items - we took advantage of the heavy-duty sleeping bags. Leading up to our trip, Andrew was readily available and provided helpful suggestions in terms of our trip itinerary, road/weather conditions, and vehicle selection. We were also able to reach out to Andrew with any questions about the van that came up during our trip. We highly recommend Overland Yukon, and we would do this trip again in a heartbeat!

My partner and I recently took an extended weekend to explore outside of Whitehorse, using one of Overland Yukon's custom camper-vans, and it was an amazing experience the whole way through! The van was fully kitted - everything from pots and pans, to camping chairs and a functional sink! It couldn't have been easier and made our time so enjoyable. Only issue is - I'm not sure how we're going to go back to 'regular' camping!
Really happy with this company. Did a 4 day rental and the owner was so impressive with his communication and the quality of gear was truly appreciated. No detail was overlooked and it made for a fantastic weekend in the Yukon.
This was our first time camping in the Yukon and Alaska and I'm so glad we got to do it in an Overland Yukon Jeep Wrangler. We had an amazing time thanks to the detailed itinerary provided by Andrew who provides nothing but exceptional customer service, from picking us up at the airport to providing a full demo on the rooftop tent setup and take down. It's a worry-free experience as the vehicle is fully loaded with all the necessary camping and cooking equipment you'll need. It allowed us to focus on our personal journey and adventure along the scenic route that Andrew had prepared for us with lots of options to pick and choose your own path. We quickly fell in love with being outdoors staying at some of the most scenic wilderness along the route, all while occasionally eating at some nice restaurants and cafes, and also sampling some of the local breweries along the way. We highly recommend Overland Yukon as it's literally the best way to discover this vast and amazing landscape. Thank you so much for accommodating us with this wonderful experience!
We rented two jeeps for a group of six and drove through Yukon and Alaska. We had great time and the big satisfaction factor was the Overland Yukon experience. Even before our arrival at Whitehorse all questions were quickly answered and Andrew at Overland was particularly helpful with suggestions for the route and stops. As we arrived at Whitehorse the jeeps were delivered to the airport. Both vehicles and the camping kit looked new and comprehensive. We only needed sleeping bags (you can rent them from overland) and food. The pick up process (paperwork and tent setup instructions) was very efficient which we appreciated as it was cold and raining. The dropoff after six days was equally hassle free. I would happily rent vehicles for another trip from Overland.
Can't say enough good things. Top quality equipment, assistance to create the perfect itinerary, meeting us at the airport when we arrive and when we leave, etc. Excellent service, very friendly staff, overall a great experience. Highly recommend.
We had the best experience using the roof top tent. Andrew is the most professional, friendly, and most accommodating Yukoner we ever met. His recommendations are on point. If you ever visit Yukon, forget booking a hotel and car rental, just go straight to Overland Yukon. Everything else you need is there from stove, portable shower, camp chairs and even solar charger for you to enjoy the Yukon experience.
From start to finish Andrew and his team were very responsive to our questions and concerns about doing a backcountry trip in a region we had never been before. From there, the Yukon took over and wow'd us at every turn! Such an incredible place to explore and doing it in a 4x4 with all the necessities was the best decision we could have made. Will be back!!
