More caring people need to show some love. It may comes as surprise but I discovered that homeless people love fresh vegetables and healthy food. Based on donations largely comprised of canned and processed food that's seen so often, it would be easy to assume that the diet of homeless humans differs from those of us fortunate enough to have a home, it doesn't.

Five stars ONLY for the extremely friendly pidgeons. I just had the experience of a lifetime, a whole croud of people from our place watching, and a lady even took a picture of me with them. I had about ten on my arms at one point and more on my handlebars. It was kind of freaking awesome.
Thank goodness there's a place like our place people that frequent it are after all human beings they deserve some dignity and respect it's well run it's clean the staff and all the volunteers do a great job our hats are off to you
I went to an Orientation for volunteers at Our Place on Tuesday. They had a slide show presentation which lasted 100 minutes, then he walked us through the place. Our Place is an open door place for anyone 19 who would like a meal, a place to hang out, lodging, a shower, clothes and more. My uncle used this place before, and I feel like they are really doing wonderful things for people in society who are down and out of our minds. Our Place relies on 55-60 volunteers a day to keep things rolling smoothly. Maybe they'll call me for help. I let them know that I have experience being a delivery driver.
This place helps people who homeless/experiencing mental and physical challenges. good place to volunteer and give back to society
