I'm a Mortgage Professional and highly recommend this company. I had a bit of tricky deal, the client needed to refinance a private mortgage back to an institutional lender. Their previous broker dropped the ball the day before the house closed so the client was forced to take a private mortgage on their first ever home purchase.... stressful to say the least. Because the client put less than 20% down on closing, and you cannot switch the mortgage to an institution, we were weary of how much the client would have to pay out of pocket to bridge the gap from the current mortgage balance to the 80% a new lender would give him with a refinance. Daniel was AMAZING. I explained the situation, and requested extra attention to detail and comparables at it would make or break the clients hard earned savings. Not only did he get into the home very quickly, he gave me the report in less than a day. Being in this industry, and having worked with so many appraisers over the years, I can say that Daniel's urgency and sensitivity in understanding our situation was paramount. Very happy client and very happy broker, keep it up Daniel!!
